What do I need to move into an apartment at Student One©?
- Filled out and signed parent guarantee form

Copy of your passport of you and your guarantor.

Certificate of matriculation (copy).

Proof of liability insurance.

- Zahlung der Mietsicherheit und der ersten Monatsmiete vor Einzug.

Who is the landlord of the apartments?
Student One© is a trademark of the Valentin Schmidt Group, a family-owned business with 125 years of tradition in Hanover.
What if I do not yet have a certificate of matriculation?
No problem. A copy of the registration certificate is sufficient for now.
Sind die in Deutschland gesetzlich festgeschriebenen Rundfunkgebühren mit der Mietzahlung abgedeckt?
Nein, diese sind von jedem Bewohner, unabhängig von der tatsächlichen Nutzung entsprechender TV oder Rundfunkgeräte, direkt an die Gebühreneinzugszentrale zu bezahlen.
Can I smoke in the apartments?
No, the apartments are non-smoking objects.
Can I live in an apartment with more than one person?
For people who would like to live with several people in one apartment, we offer separate flat-sharing penthouse apartments.

In der ersten Woche des Folgemonats nach Auszug aus Deinem Appartement.
Can a pet move into the apartment?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in our apartments.
